Caution of delivery delays and suspensions of some services caused by traffic restrictions due to the 2019 G20 Summit.

G20 Summit to be held in Osaka city, large-scale traffic restrictions are planned on the roads within Osaka city area, which may lead to delayed deliveries of parcels shipped to and from some parts of the Kansai area.
The delivery delays may extend to greater areas depending on traffic restrictions.

①Pickup at Airbnb: We cannot specify guarantee the time a package will deliver.
②Pickup at Hotel: It'll arrive at the hotel the date before.
*But there are possibilities that also be not worked depend on the situation on that day.

Therefore we are trying to send the device in advance to secure the requested delivery time.
In consequence of this delivery conditions, we ask customers to inform us of any order changes or cancellation before 5 - 7 days.
Compensation fee will arise without these notification from the customer.
